Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were nicely designed and arranged around a beautiful central garden and atrium space, which added a lovely touch to the ambiance. The location was spot on, offering easy access to explore Malta, Gozo, and Comino. While the dining experience was satisfactory, the all-inclusive entitlements were a bit limited. However, the service provided by the staff, especially Eric at the bar, was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was in a great location in the old part area with a superb view over the sea. The rooms were very modern and well-equipped, though the furniture in some areas could use an update. The service was friendly and accommodating, apart from one incident with a waitress. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of choices, especially for the cold items. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities, and the staff was super friendly. However, the workspace in the kitchenette was a bit limited. The views from the room were stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring Malta.
I felt like I was in a cave at the brand new side of the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful and had stunning views of the sea and countryside. It was a great spot to stay, especially with a late-night flight. However, the service was a bit of a letdown, with rude staff despite my attempts to address it. The location was excellent, offering relaxation by the water and convenient access to various attractions. The dining experience stood out with high-quality and filling meals, but the all-inclusive entitlements were a bit limited. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were impressive overall.
This hotel offers stunning sea views and a great location for a relaxing holiday with family or a partner. The rooms are impressive, though they could use some maintenance attention. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, the dining experience was a bit hit-and-miss, and the hotel facilities are not top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great moments. The room, although very spacious in the new block, lacked workspace for preparing meals. The ongoing renovation caused some noise disturbance. On the bright side, the room included thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and daily replenished coffee pods, making mornings delightful.
I had a great stay at this hotel in the old part area. The rooms were superb, exactly as shown in the pictures, and provided all necessary amenities like a coffee machine, fridge, iron, and safe. The view from my room was fantastic, making my stay nice and comfortable.
The accommodation was out of this world, with clean rooms and a walk-in shower. There was plenty of cupboard space and a working safe, making me feel secure during my stay. The 1-bedroomed apartment in the new block, room number 8027, featured a spacious lounge/kitchenette, although the workspace for food preparation was limited. The presence of a bottle of washing-up liquid and a cloth was very convenient, and the electric coffee machine with daily-replenished coffee pods and long-life milk added a homely touch.
The hotel offers spacious rooms but with a slight damp musty smell and noisy air conditioning. The service was professional and helpful, although there were rude staff encountered. The location is excellent for beach access but lacks local restaurants and public transportation. Dining experiences were delightful with a wide array of food choices. Overall, the facilities were well-equipped despite some maintenance issues.
The hotel is located in the old part of town, offering beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms that were upgraded to sea views with compliments from the hotel. The service was accommodating overall, with a minor issue of rudeness encountered. The location is amazing, providing a perfect setting for views and easy access to the sea. The dining experience was of high standard with a good variety. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located a little out from the city but easy enough to get around with a car. The rooms are beautiful, especially on the brand new side of the hotel, and the service was efficient and friendly. The dining experience was really good with a variety of options. The location offers great relaxation opportunities at the water, with snorkeling and rocky outlets to explore.
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, making my stay cozy and relaxing. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although there were some instances of staff being a bit rude. The location was perfect for exploring Gozo and Comino, although slightly far from the city. The dining experience was quite good, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a one-bedroom apartment in the new block, room number 8027. The room had a spacious lounge/kitchenette with a 2-ring induction hob, although there was limited workspace for preparing food. I appreciated the bottle of washing up liquid and cloth provided. The electric coffee machine was a highlight, with plenty of coffee pods replenished daily. The large balcony offered a lovely view of the sister island of Gozo by the divers club, which came in handy for a relaxing stopover after a day at the beach before heading to the airport.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also incredibly spacious, especially the one we stayed in at 14:45, all located at the brand new and stunning side of the hotel. The view from our room was so beautiful, I couldn’t stop staring outside. However, the all-inclusive offerings were a bit limited, with only two whiskies available at the bar, but hey, at least one of them was Teachers!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were large with a good powerful shower, and the check-in service was efficient, guiding me straight to my room. While the room was spacious, clean, and warm, the service had its ups and downs. The staff were accommodating overall, but there was an issue with unnecessary payment handling that caused my card to be blocked, and a rude encounter with a waitress on my last day. The location was beautiful, facing the sea, but quite remote and far from town amenities. The dining experience was enjoyable with a buffet that included typical British choices, and the facilities were satisfactory.
